Last but not least: ...who is the unhealthiest in the whole country?

Those Americans are crazy: A sort of battle is currently raging in the U.S. over the unhealthiest burger.

And the dispute is becoming increasingly heated. Burger King is now offering the NY Pizza Burger in New York's Times Square. This is reported by the news site CNews. The "burger" consists of a 15cm bun with space for four slices of meat, pepperoni, mozzarella and two different sauces. The burger is divided into six pieces, like a pizza. This magnificent specimen contains a whopping 2,520 calories and costs a hefty 12.99 dollars. Burger King kindly emphasizes that the burger is meant to be shared, not eaten all by itself. At least the company cares about the health of its customers... The NY Pizza Burger is the latest in a series of extremely unhealthy fast food dishes.
Previously, Kentucky Fried Chicken sold the "Double Down" (two pieces of fried chicken with cheese and ham). The Krispy Creme Cheeseburger should also not be underestimated in terms of its unhealthiness: The burger with bacon doesn't come in a bun, but in two donut halves.

Kachelmann sells two privately held companies

Jörg Kachelmann sells his two privately held overseas companies WeatherOK Inc. (USA) and The Weatherman Inc. (Canada) to Meteomedia, in which he is the majority shareholder with a 49 percent stake.

The Sonntagszeitung writes this in its current issue. Meteomedia is also buying the company Media Design, currently still owned by one of Kachelmann's ex-wives. These transactions are intended to bring money into Kachelmann's coffers for the upcoming trial. According to reports, the two overseas companies are not particularly valuable. However, a property owned by the American WeatherOK will be removed before the sale and transferred to Kachelmann as a private individual. "We are only buying the meteorological assets," Meteomedia CFO Norbert Steffen is quoted as saying in the Sonntagszeitung. The purchase of the two Kachelmann companies will take place at acquisition value. The valuation is still underway. The sale is likely to bring in several tens of thousands of francs.
Kachelmann's legal fees are still rising due to the upcoming criminal proceedings. Kachelmann's media lawyer is largely being paid by Meteomedia, as his interventions are in the interests of the company, according to the company. However, the weather presenter will have to pay the remaining costs himself for the time being - although his company is also supporting him here.
Meteomedia also announced two new board members: Zurich lawyer Martin Kurer and German lawyer Dietmar Gamp. The latter previously worked for the WDR Media Group, the contractual partner for the program "Das Wetter im Ersten".

Valora: Kiosk to become an entertainment center

Kiosks are set to become entertainment hubs—with screens for virtual news or digital classified ads. Social media is the trend that Valora, the parent company of the kiosk chain, is banking on.

According to the Sonntagszeitung newspaper, the Muttenz-based company is launching a "kiosk of the future". A test store is to be opened this winter. Valora's top management will make a final decision on how, when and where in the next few days.
According to the Sonntagspublikation, the following ideas are being tested: News and classified ads on screens are intended to turn the kiosk into a meeting point and attract customers. For example, customers will be able to leave messages for friends via Twitter, look for new tenants on the kiosk screens or advertise cars for sale. Or chat with friends who are at another kiosk. Customers will also be able to test new products for free in exchange for personal data, and they will be able to rate newspapers or magazines online. These ideas come from the consumers themselves - they have provided them via the innovation platform Atizo.com.

Pastor sues Blick

A pastor from Aargau has filed a lawsuit against Ringier for «unlawful infringement of personal rights.».

According to the Sonntag newspaper, Blick identified the priest by publishing his picture and personal details. Under the headline "Aargau pastor - sex accusation", the tabloid newspaper published an article on June 2 in which a daughter claimed that her father had abused and raped her for 12 years. The article was accompanied by an archive picture of the alleged perpetrator, which Blick had bought from the local editorial office of the Aargauer Zeitung. However, Blick did not make the priest in the picture unrecognizable. The first name with the first letter of the surname, profession, age, place of residence and place of work were also mentioned. The priest was acquitted on June 17.
The clergyman has now filed a lawsuit against Ringier, editor-in-chief Ralph Grosse-Bley and the authors. According to the indictment, the article revealed his identity in full. This has led to "massive problems at his place of work".
Blick should not have exposed the pastor with a picture and all other details. The President of the Press Council, Dominique Von Burg, is quoted in Sonntag as saying that he could say this without knowing the case in detail. Such identification is only legally justified if there is "a predominantly public interest (information interest)". According to the statement of claim, the pastor is not a person of public interest.

Darbellay wants Leuthard in the Uvek

Following the resignation of SP Federal Councilor Moritz Leuenberger, CVP President Christophe Darbellay is determined to keep the DETEC in the hands of the center-right. Ideally, he would like to see it led by CVP Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard.

No department has as much influence on people's lives as the Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC). Doris Leuthard, in turn, is best suited to fulfill the tasks of the Uvek, Darbellay said on Saturday at the CVP party conference in Cham to the applause of around 250 delegates, according to SDA.
Leuthard has so far not shown any reluctance to move to the Uvek. However, she told SDA that it was still too early to discuss the distribution of departments. She first wanted to wait and see who would be elected to the Federal Council.

Exxtra relies on the play instinct for Audi

Exxtra Komunikation has launched a pre-launch campaign for the new Audi A1. The goal is to draw attention to the upcoming new model.

The agency has created a cross-media campaign. To appeal to the young, modern and discerning target group, the Zurich-based creatives focused entirely on the urge to play. The online game "1 against 500" was at the heart of the communication. The aim was to draw an ace from a set of playing cards in order to be placed on a list of 500. Everyone on the list of 500 then had the chance to win an Audi A1, among other things.
Online banners encouraged people to take part in the competition on the Audi website or on Facebook. In addition to the online measures, rail posters and two different advertisements were used. The agency also informed dealers about the new Audi model with a three-part brochure and provided them with advertising materials. The Audi A1 is already present in the showrooms on posters, counter displays and various give-aways.
