Nolina - nothing is impossible
What began in 2006 as a small niche business has since grown into a renowned company specializing in custom projects in the field of material processing and printing. This success story will now continue to be written in a dedicated space for creative ideas.
Nolina finds a new home in a 200-year-old mill, where creativity and production have their place. Some ideas need space to develop - physically and ideally. Because "there's no such thing" doesn't exist at Nolina and things start to get exciting for founder and owner Gogo Gärtner and her team of ten at the latest when she says "can't".

After eight years and thanks to a tireless creative drive that has led over 1,000 customers, including well-known ones, across Europe to their destination, the fairytale has come true: Nolina has found an accurate and stylish home in Rickenbach ZH, which also symbolically matches the company culture and therefore its values. The barn on the site of the old mill was used to create a special workshop with space for all the high-tech machines. The valuable cultural asset was renovated with a great deal of personal effort in an elaborate, gentle and modern way. Nolina is sharing its new fortune with its customers, partners and friends at a two-day opening event on 27 and 28 November 2014. Businesses are also cordially invited to attend (please register at Nolina.ch is requested).

"I live my job, which gives my employees and myself the motivation and willingness to be as flexible as possible," is how Gogo Gärtner explains at least part of her success. Nolina sees her core business in special orders and one-off productions. Other large production companies are also supported modestly in the background when they have capacity bottlenecks: be it in trade fair and event construction, façade, vehicle or even locomotive lettering or milling and printing on a wide variety of materials. Thanks to Nolina, there is probably nothing that remains unprocessed.

To this end, the latest technology is used, including a recently acquired D-Gen sublimation fabric machine and two Oryx flatbed printers from Swissqprint. With the Zünd G3, all types of panels can be milled, cut or oscillated. There are no limits to the precise processing of foils, canvas, fabric, wood, metal, acrylic, Forex, leather or even Dibond.

The portfolio boasts prestigious references. The employees swarm out for their day and night assignments with heart and soul to major events such as the Wef, the watch fair in Geneva or internationally to Holland, as well as for small orders in the neighboring village. Changes are often made right up to the last minute and the impossible is made possible.
