Maxomedia: Promoting pleasure hikes for Switzerland Tourism

Hiking in Switzerland is not just about sweaty excursions and strenuous tours. With a new summer campaign, Switzerland Tourism now wants to show both at home and abroad that the Swiss hiking network also offers many easy excursions. In line with the main message "We do everything for perfect hiking vacations", Maxomedia has designed and implemented an online campaign.

The new banner campaign advertises 32 pleasure hikes that lead through wine regions, old towns or gorges. The online campaign focuses on the impressions you can gather on these hikes. You can also take part in a competition on the Switzerland Tourism website. The aim is to look out for photos of these enjoyable hikes. Users surf through the hiking routes presented and collect pictures and impressions in order to take part in the prize draw. On Myswitzerland.com all hikes can also be commented on and rated via a Facebook widget. The online campaign has also been integrated into the Switzerland Tourism Facebook page, where users also have the opportunity to share their hiking photos with other visitors. The campaign is running in Switzerland as well as in Europe.
