BSSM is looking for Bio Suisse converts

The BSSM advertising agency has created ad campaigns for Bio Suisse. In full-page ads, the umbrella organization for Swiss Knospe-certified farms is seeking agricultural operations that are transitioning to organic farming in accordance with the Knospe guidelines.

Last but not least: The show with the rejected asylum seekers

In a Dutch TV show, rejected asylum seekers have the chance to win 4,000 euros - for a new start in their old home country.

The quiz show requires knowledge about the country that will not become home after all - so you should have an idea of what is going on in the royal family, know the Dutch language, be familiar with the country's history and so on.

What at first glance sounds like tastelessness par excellence is actually intended as a criticism of the way the Dutch authorities deal with asylum seekers. However, a spokeswoman for the channel assured Sueddeutsche.de that the candidates are genuine - all of the participating asylum seekers, aged between 18 and 25, have lived in the country since childhood. They are Dutch, the spokesperson said, "and promising ones at that". One candidate has studied medicine, another aeronautical engineering, a third has just finished school - "with very good grades" - and they all have to leave the country again. If they are lucky, at least with 4,000 euros in their pockets.

Franky Slow Down is looking for a partner

Thanks to the success of the «Slow Down. Take it easy» prevention campaign, the organizers are being inundated with requests for marketing partnerships. Companies and organizations can now apply to partner with the cult campaign.

The campaign "Slow Down. Take it easy" campaign for adapted speed is now a year and a half old and has already become a classic in many respects in this short time: The song of the same name reached number 5 in the Swiss charts, the angel Franky Slow Down became a popular cult figure, the campaign won numerous industry awards such as the "Effie" Gold Award for advertising efficiency, and around one million of the characteristic rear stickers were sent out. 270'000 Facebook-fans make "Slow Down. Take it easy" to be the most successful social media campaign, with the message spreading virtually by itself. Notably, the campaign already enjoys a level of awareness of well over 80 percent in the target group aged between 18 and 33 (source: University of Zurich, February 2011).

Under these circumstances, it is not surprising that the initiators of the campaign are literally inundated with requests for marketing cooperation, sponsorship, product development, etc. However, the campaign's clients, who are committed to the public interest, do not want to favor anyone. The campaign management has therefore decided to take an unconventional approach. These days, advertising material is drawing attention to the fact that you can apply to work with "Slow Down. Take it easy". They are specifically looking for three partnerships with companies and organizations that will help to spread the prevention message to the public.

Contexta: Campaign realized for CSS Insurance

Contexta has created a campaign for CSS Insurance designed to show that the company tailors its coverage to individual needs rather than to an unrealistic average.

According to the press release, the new positioning of CSS Versicherung focuses on what is essential for the company: being close to the customer. In line with the positioning, the agency has renewed CSS's image and developed a brand management campaign. The core is a vignette film, implemented by the production company Stories in Zurich and the director Michael Fueter. Of great importance to the result is the music, as the agency writes. Spacetrain composed a soundtrack more reminiscent of film music than a commercial. The radio spots, just like the print and online subjects, pick up on the basic idea and demonstrate that Mr. and Mrs. Average are nothing but a thought construct. All measures are closely linked in terms of content and form, and the message is always the same: CSS Insurance treats every customer personally, as an individual with their own wishes and needs.

Responsible at CSS Insurance, Lucerne: Stephan Michel (Head of Corporate Communications), Reto Schertenleib (Head of Marketing Communication). Responsible agency: Contexta, advertising agency BSW, Bern. Film production: Stories, Zurich (director Michael Fueter, camera Pascal Walder, producer Michèle Seligmann, editor Marko Strihic).
