Rosarot designs 174-meter-long construction wall for Amag Retail

The Zurich agency Rosarot designed the construction wall at Zurich's Bellevue for Amag Retail.

The aim of the giant poster is to publicize the two new Family models VW Touran and VW Sharan, which will be presented by Amag Retail on Family Day. The construction wall was transformed into a concrete wall, covered with colorful children's hands and covered with photos. The family-friendly motif covers an area of 348m2 and extends over 174 meters around the construction site for the new Opera parking lot.

Marti. Seiler: Mailing developed for fashion house Schellenberg

The agency Marti.Seiler. has realized a mailing for the fashion house Schellenberg, with which the whole world of women's fashion flutters into the house.

The agency's new fall campaign for the Schellenberg fashion house in Winterthur proves that a fashionable appearance does not always depend on a large budget, according to a press release. If you are already working for one of the most beautiful and eye-catching sectors in the advertising industry, then at least the fashion in question should be presented in the right light. People browsed, searched, found, snipped and pasted, so that the agency sometimes resembled a chaotic studio. In the end, and after many "fittings", all the ideas found their place on four simply beautiful fashion collages.
Along with the ideas, the recipients of the mailing receive a handful of vouchers that they can use as they please in the fashion store. To ensure that not only regular customers can benefit from the offers from the fashion world, a Card for Free was distributed in the "well-known" bars and restaurants in Winterthur to accompany the mailing. Here, too, the inviting message is: "Discover the whole world of women's fashion"; and of course this card also comes with a voucher.
Responsible at Marti.Seiler: Anita Kittel and Sarah Massaoudi.

Last but not least: A Füdli goes on a journey

On Wednesday, the official award ceremony for the Ebookers «10 Years of Vacations» contest took place at Zurich Airport. The two winners were presented with a symbolic travel voucher for 10 years of vacations worth 50,000 francs. The two lucky winners impressed the judges with their animated film ‘Reisefüdli.«.

A plasticine figure in the shape of a butt, with arms and legs, stands helplessly next to a spinning globe. All attempts to climb it fail miserably. Neither a ladder, a grappling hook, a rope nor a pole can get the "traveler" onto the globe. A newspaper that flutters past tells the "butt" about the Ebookers competition. At the end, the figure jumps onto the globe with an Ebookers trampoline and travels the continents. But take a look for yourself:

BP increases advertising budget after oil spill

In the three months following the start of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, BP increased its advertising budget to over $93 million. As a result, the British oil company tripled its advertising spending for the months of April through July 2010 compared with the same period the previous year.

This was announced by the responsible US Congressional Committee on Energy on Wednesday in Washington, according to SDA. The committee had requested the information from BP. In addition to the expenditure on BP advertising, the company had provided 89.5 million dollars to promote the tourism industry in the affected US states of Florida, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.
According to the committee, the majority of the money was spent on television and press advertising in the USA. One of the reasons given by BP for the expenditure was that the residents of the affected areas had to be informed about the company's measures against the oil spill.
