Last but not least: Hotelplan has gone among the astrologers

Planning a trip? Then don't leave anything to chance—check your horoscope first. Or ask Hotelplan right away. The tour operator and Madame Etoile know exactly where and with whom you'll have a wonderful vacation.

This is made possible thanks to Hotelplan's web offensive "Astroplan", which was developed by Rod Kommunikation in cooperation with the digital agency Serranetga and the astrologer Monika Kissling ("Madame Etoile"). At Hotelplan.ch travel enthusiasts can check whether their partner matches them in terms of their zodiac sign. The destination is also checked: if the destination does not match the ideal constellation in the horoscope, the user is notified. No partner in sight? Singles select their star sign and the desired destination, and ideal travel partners from their Facebook friends list are immediately suggested to them. Of course, the travel packages can be booked directly via the website.

A quick test shows the following: The choice of destinations is somewhat limited. And just as with horoscopes in magazines, the advice should be taken with a grain of salt. Maybe it's better to listen to your gut feeling. But it can't hurt to try it out. And in case you were wondering why Rod Kommunikation relies on horoscopes: According to a Mach study, Hotelplan customers have a definite soft spot for horoscopes.

Ringier allegedly offered Cash online for sale at banks

Now that the two publications, *Cash* and *Cash Daily*, have been discontinued, the *Cash Online* portal is reportedly also up for sale. Ringier is said to have offered the business portal to banks for purchase.

So far apparently without success. This is what the Sonntagszeitung is said to have learned from a "reliable source". The asking price of between 15 and 20 million Swiss francs was far too high, an insider familiar with the dossier is quoted in the Sunday paper. Ringier spokesman Edi Estermann, however, vigorously denies any plans to sell.

The fact is, however, that Ringier Switzerland CEO Marc Walder has set up a task force to review the future of Cash.ch, the Sunday newspaper continues. It is obvious that banks will also be approached in this context.
