Last but not least: When the top model touches herself

The blonde beauty Rhian Marie Sudgen appears in what is purported to be a softcore porn film—she moves skillfully in front of the camera and makes promises that are sure to leave the average viewer spellbound and glued to the screen.

But things turn out quite differently than expected - feelings of disgust soon mix with those of lust. And when it becomes clear that the supposed soft porn is a viral cancer prevention appeal for men, all viewers' lust is gone. Daring, wicked, original - and for a good cause.

Behind the camera, by the way, was star photographer Rankin, who, together with the agency JWT, London, is committed to the cancer awareness campaign MCAC. (Source: Wuv.de)

ORF: New Switzerland correspondent based in Austria

Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) has appointed 52-year-old Raphaela Stefandl as its new correspondent for Switzerland. Unlike her predecessor, Carola Schneider, who is based in Zurich, Stefandl will be based in Dornbirn, Austria.

Reporting on Switzerland from Vorarlberg will "certainly work", explained ORF Head of Correspondents Roland Adrowitzer on Wednesday when asked by the APA news agency. He referred to today's technical possibilities - in addition, Stefandl would "of course go over there again and again".

The decision to appoint Stefandl was based on her extensive experience, said Adrowitzer. Born in Feldkirch, Stefandl began her ORF career in radio in 1978. Most recently, she was deputy editor-in-chief of the ORF Vorarlberg regional studio and presenter of the TV program "Vorarlberg heute". Stefandl will take up her position as correspondent in Switzerland at the turn of the year. The current Switzerland correspondent Schneider will move to Moscow on October 31, shortly after the federal elections on October 23. (SDA)

Survey: Most parties are dissatisfied with media

According to a survey by the Swiss Media Workers' Union (SSM), most political parties are dissatisfied with the Swiss media and their coverage. They criticize a lack of investigative reporting, insufficient diversity, and pseudo-scoops.

However, not all parties consider press promotion to be the right solution. The SVP writes that it is not the task of the state to actively promote the media and the press. It therefore rejects both direct and indirect press subsidies. The FDP relies above all on the market: Press promotion is best achieved through good products, it says in its statement, according to SDA. The majority of the FDP is also not in favor of indirect support through postal tax reductions. The other parties have a different opinion. For the Greens, it is clear that the state must take countermeasures against media concentration. The SP also supports direct and indirect press subsidies. However, only those media that meet certain criteria should benefit from subsidies. The CVP also considers media promotion to be a task of the state, but is skeptical about direct support. It is more in favor of reducing postage costs, promoting training and subsidizing the sda news agency so that the media can benefit from lower rates.

The SDA and its position in the media market is also an issue for the SP. The party is encouraging a discussion on whether and how the news agency could be transformed into a public service publishing company.

Only FDP satisfied with offers

The analysis of the parties is as similar as the approaches are different. Only the FDP is satisfied with the "new, rather apolitical and therefore less left-leaning offerings. The other parties blame the merger of media companies, the disappearance of titles, free newspapers and online media for "uniformity" and less quality. For the SP, this is all the more worrying because, in its opinion, direct democracy is developing into media democracy.

The SVP complains about a decline in the quality of print and online media and criticizes the "quasi-monopoly position" of the SRG in radio and television. It demands a restriction of the SRG's mission and programming and - like the FDP - a strengthening of private providers. The other parties reject any restriction of the programming mandate.

There is less support for SRG advertising on the Internet, which publishers oppose. According to the survey, the SVP, FDP, CSP, EVP and, with reservations, the Greens are on their side. The SP and CVP want to allow SRG advertising on the Internet.

The Advertising Week on Star TV: "Cannes Lions Special: Snickers & Skittles"

Whether it's chocolate bars or hard candies, sweets make for great advertising. While the Skittles ad campaign engages viewers on an interactive level, the Snickers commercials score points with their simple, American-style humor.

For both products, the advertising agency BBDO was allowed to reach into its bag of tricks and scooped three gold and two silver awards. Whether based in the U.S. or Canada, the BBDO advertising agency knows its business and attracts not only sweet tooths but also the jury of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to its side.

You can see how she does it in "The Advertising Week" at 7:45 p.m. exclusively on Star TV.

Reformed regional church: 32,100 francs distributed in "church game of chance"

The Reformed Regional Church paid out 32,100 francs in winnings as part of its controversial «Church Lottery» promotion. Through this public awareness campaign in the cantons of Bern, Zurich, Aargau, and Solothurn, the church sought to draw attention to its projects.

A total of 600,000 raffle tickets were distributed via newspapers and street campaigns, as the Reformed Church announced on Tuesday. Of these, the codes for 76,000 tickets were entered on the Internet. A further 60,000 tickets were played directly on the Internet. The church considers the total of 136,000 games to be a success. One week before the end of the game, it had to increase the prize amount of 30,000 francs because the money had already been played out. In the end, 2,100 francs more was won than budgeted.

Those who won did not receive their winnings. The winners were invited to donate the money to a project. For example, the winnings went to a playground and meeting place in Brittnau in the canton of Aargau. The campaign hotline received around 1,400 calls over the three weeks. The campaign was not only well received by the Reformed Church itself. Of the 500 parishes in the four cantons, only 140 took part. (SDA)

Is Peter Wanner buying Radio 24?

Following his acquisitions of Tele Züri and Tele Bärn, Peter Wanner now wants to take over Tamedia’s Radio 24 as well. The entrepreneur confirmed to the *Handelszeitung* that a takeover of the station is being «considered.».

At the beginning, there was no interest because the asking price was too high. However, the starting position changed in August, when Wanner's AZ Medien came into possession of the two local TV stations. The main reason is the marketing company Belcom, which acquires advertising for Radio 24 and Tele Züri. "We are interested that Belcom is not torn apart," Wanner said, according to Handelszeitung.ch. However, it is still unclear whether he, or rather his AZ Medien, will actually strike.

But if Wanner actually buys Radio 24, he will have to find a legal solution for his stations Argovia and Radio 32 in Solothurn, because the Radio and Television Act only allows the ownership of two stations. Still interested in Radio 24 is Radio 1 owner Roger Schawinski, who could achieve the most synergies by buying back his former station. However, he is said to be unwilling to meet Tamedia's asking price. Escor President Martin Wagner is considered an outsider.

Straumann came in second, followed by Novartis. In the online annual report rating, Nobel Biocare took first place, ahead of Roche and Georg Fischer.

This sample was evaluated in turn by four juries. Firstly by the jury of the Institute for Banking and Finance (Value Reporting), secondly by a design jury headed by Peter Vetter from the Zurich University of the Arts. A final online jury then evaluated the twelve best online presences selected by the preliminary juries from an investor relations perspective. A second final jury determined the 20 best-ranked annual reports from the sum of both print ratings and selected the overall winners of this year's annual report rating.

The award winners received their certificates on Tuesday evening, September 20, at a ceremony at the Zurich University of the Arts. There were 250 people in attendance.
