Webguerillas: Orange leaves saying no to the others
Orange has put people at the center of its new communication platform. The Web Guerrillas have embodied the new «spirit» on the web.
Behind "You can" is more than just advertising, it is the new attitude of the company, which makes everything possible for its customers, the agency said in a press release on Wednesday. The care platform focuses on the telecommunications company's "service excellence". Here, too, Orange says "You can" as often as possible - whether for product-related questions such as "You want us to configure your cell phone for you?" or for pure infotainment topics such as "You want to take your pulse with your smartphone?". And with the "Orange Prize Shuffle" app, Orange fans can choose their own prize themselves.
A new YouTube channel and a broad-based banner campaign complement the current advertising measures. Both a digital and a printed "playbook" were created for internal communication. The aim is to present Orange's new philosophy to employees in a playful way.
Since March, the telecommunications provider has been managed directly by the Zurich agency Webguerillas.
