Fully automated process
Technically, this is possible thanks to an innovative API connection, which was programmed for this case by chatbot experts from Memacon GmbH and yes!devs GmbH. At the beginning, users are guided through the bot with audio messages and the complete, fully automated application process, including uploading the CV, follows as a well-thought-out process. Elements such as the interactive exchange with potential employees are also an important part of the communication. Dreifive used all WhatsApp formats for this campaign and created a unique gamification experience.
"At Ikea, we believe that people make the difference - not only in the store, but also in the recruitment process. Ikea recruits according to values and consciously looks at people rather than CVs. However, for our recruiters to be able to do this, they need one thing above all: time. In a labor market that is changing so much, it is a growing challenge to find suitable candidates. The Ikea Job Bot is our answer to the changing demands of candidates. It connects people and technology, enables an improved exchange of information and provides access to a valuable and interactive pool of applicants," says Ananda Buchmüller, Employer Branding & Talent Sourcing Leader at Ikea.
