Rod for ZKB: Would you like a little more?
Under the slogan «More for a Better Career,» Switzerland’s second-largest universal bank, Zürcher Kantonalbank, is promoting attractive career opportunities at the bank.

To develop the employer value proposition, the bank carried out an in-depth analysis and included various perspectives - from the job market to applicants, employees and management. This ensures that the messages both fit the company and meet the expectations of the target groups - credible, relevant and differentiating. The new employer value proposition is based on the bank's performance mandate. Because: Zürcher Kantonalbank is more than just a bank and does more for everyone.
At the center of this employer value proposition are four topics that form the foundation of the employer positioning:
- Success because ZKB relies on its employees and shapes the Zurich economic region
- Culture, because ZKB believes in trust, diversity and cooperation
- Development, because ZKB supports individuals and moves forward together
- attitude, because ZKB is convinced that it makes more possible
"Our Employer Value Proposition sums up what we live together - day after day, supported by our values. It shows what we stand for, what makes us special and why people consciously choose us as an employer", says Pranvera Dzila, Head of Employer Branding at Zürcher Kantonalbank.
And so the new campaign also does more. In a video-first approach under the motto "More for more careers", Zürcher Kantonalbank is promoting a career at Zürcher Kantonalbank with social media ads, on various video platforms, with a mega poster at Zurich main station and with special internal measures. The campaign will be launched on August 18, 2025 and will be played out in German-speaking Switzerland.
