Hej realizes new brand identity for Fundaziun Nairs

The Hej agency has developed a new corporate design for the art and culture institution Fundaziun Nairs in Scuol.

Fundaziun_Nairs_Scuol

The Fundaziun Nairs is located in a historic building situated on the banks of the Inn River in the middle of the Engadine mountain landscape. Every year, as part of its artist-in-residence program, the Künstlerhaus offers thirty artists from all over the world space to think and create. National and international contemporary art is shown in the Kunsthalle, and in the Kulturlabor the Fundaziun Nairs is committed to the mediation and further development of Rhaeto-Romanic culture.

The foundation has set itself the goal of expanding its profile on the international market. A professional, contemporary communication presence reflecting the uniqueness of the place should support this development. "Unknown and unfamiliar, immersion and concentration: the Fundaziun Nairs thrives on artistic research and debate with an open-ended outcome," says Sarah Fehr, co-director of the Fundaziun Nairs. "Hej has translated this positioning and the palpable energy of the place into its own visual language of international magnitude."

The result is a new logo, posters, seasonal program and invitation cards to the summer exhibitions, as well as the letterheads and a temporary website. The extensive archive of all previous fellows, exhibitions and events will be integrated into the then multilingual website by the end of the year.

Mainland launches start-of-season campaign for St.Gallen pools

Festland has created a season-opening campaign for the city of St. Gallen and is promoting the season pass for the city's four outdoor pools.

festpassbadi03

The season pass for all four municipal outdoor pools - the outdoor pool Lerchenfeld, the outdoor pool Rotmonten, the community pool Dreilinden and the family pool Dreilinden - is advertised.

The claim "More swimming fun with the Badipass" actually speaks for itself: with the Badipass, you go to the pool more often - and have more fun. Festland's campaign highlights this aspect in a striking way. Two key visuals visualize the verbal message in a striking way. Street posters booked in pairs, POS displays, animated passenger ads in the St.Gallen city buses and other digital advertising media for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter were implemented.

"Before I get it wrong": MRB launches campaign for parents' emergency call association

With «Bevor’s mich vertätscht,» butcher Rottmann Bürge is launching a campaign for the Elternnotruf association and publicly addressing the issue of parents facing stressful family situations.

elternnotruf-mrbp01

The new campaign starts at the all-important moment, namely when parents' nerves are so frayed that nothing can hold them back. After all, difficulties can arise at any stage of parenthood, be it sleepless nights with the baby, nerve-wracking exam weeks or the latest computer game Fortnite, which minors are becoming addicted to in droves and driving their parents crazy.

Metzger Rottmann Bürge wants to anchor the parental emergency call in the relevant mindset of parents with such topic-specific subjects. Memorable, quick and reduced to key family-related moments.

The campaign will initially be distributed in public transport and commuter media in the cities of Zurich, Winterthur and Bern.

Mind Studios launches sticker campaign for the canton of Baselland

In the current campaign for Baselland Tourism, Mind Studios addresses the inhabitants of the Basel region and reminds them of the diversity of the canton with stickers.

Guerilla_Aktion_1

Together with the client Baselland Tourismus, the Mind Studios agency wants to remind Basel residents of the various places and activities that can be experienced in Basel. The campaign is therefore primarily aimed at residents of the region. In order to achieve the highest possible target group penetration, Mind Studios relies on a combination of different measures and channels.

The campaign kicked off with a night-time guerrilla campaign, during which huge stickers were placed in prominent locations throughout the Basel region. These stickers appeal to the Basel region's soul with different subjects, such as terms or statements like "Heimwehbaselbieter", "Eusis Füürli" and "Straight outta Baselland". A deliberately colorful mix of subjects ensures the appropriate addressing and activation of a very heterogeneous target group, the population of Baselland and the neighboring cantons.

The aim is also to encourage active involvement. Smaller versions of around 50,000 stickers are available at various locations in the Basel region, including Baselland Tourismus. In addition, the campaign subjects are also available as Facebook profile picture frames. These offers are supported by various posts and ads on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, ten Autobus Liestal buses are on the road with Baselland stickers to spread the messages throughout the canton and beyond.

Bühler&Bühler creates new campaign design for Checkpoint Zurich

Bühler&Bühler has developed a new campaign design for Checkpoint Zurich that is intended to serve as a foundation while still fitting into the visual concept of the other Checkpoints in Switzerland.

CPZ-Poster

Checkpoint Zurich is a health center for gay men and other men who have sex with men. Among other things, they also advise trans men and carry out prevention work.

As the company decided to give itself a new image for its prevention and client work in 2019, Bühler & Bühler developed a text-based design with a well-known song title as the headline - in combination with the appropriate resolution as a reference to the services of the checkpoint.

"The challenge was to be able to quickly realize a wide variety of implementations in everyday life and still be independent. Elaborate subject research is not possible, so a pure typography solution was the obvious choice. The chosen design radiates its own visual identity even without a picture element," says Raphael Bühler, CEO and partner of Bühler & Bühler.

The campaign is used on posters, flyers, banners, moving screens, various gadgets and internal applications such as business cards or name badges.

The Switzerland Tourism Influencer Summit 2019 shows a diverse Switzerland

From June 15 to 19, Switzerland Tourism, in collaboration with Graubünden Ferien and Destination Davos Klosters, hosted the Switzerland Tourism Influencer Summit 2019. The event highlighted hiking, art and architecture, the Swiss hospitality industry, and Swiss products and producers.

InfluencerSummit_VeltlinerStübliMonstein_MarcelGiger

The second edition of the Switzerand Tourism Influencer Summit, which consisted of two parts, was very well received by the 30 influencers who attended. The first part consisted of a seminar at the Hard Rock Hotel Davos, which served the influencers for further education and networking. In the second part, the influencers were presented with Switzerland as a vacation destination as part of a tourism program. Basel, the St. Gallen-Lake Constance region, Zurich and Engadin Scuol Zernez were shown.

Influencer material is incorporated into Switzerland Tourism communications

During their stay in Switzerland, the influencers have already published numerous posts and stories on Instagram. In addition, they will process the collected material and publish it on their various platforms by the end of July. The posts will then be incorporated into Switzerland Tourism's social media communication and thus further disseminated.

The summit, to which only the leading influencers per topic and country were invited, not only helped Switzerland to achieve a considerable presence in social media, but also contributed to Switzerland Tourism, Graubünden Holidays and the Davos Klosters destination being able to further expand and strengthen their influencer network. In addition, important conclusions for future influencer marketing could be drawn from the summit.

Summit partners Swiss International Airlines SWISS and Swiss Travel System STS also received positive feedback from influencers and were able to benefit from the collaboration at the Summit.

Sir Mary celebrates 10 years of Samsung Galaxy with local campaign

To mark the tenth anniversary of the Samsung Galaxy smartphone, Sir Mary has developed a national campaign that actively involves people.

SM-SAM-PhotoF12-Portrait

The camera is the most important feature for the vast majority of smartphone users. It therefore stands to reason that a battle for the best camera is raging on the market. Samsung has played a key role in shaping technological development and setting new standards.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the smartphone, Sir Mary's national campaign uses two phases to show the possibilities of the Galaxy S10+ and to encourage people to show off their own photographic talent.

For the first phase, Swiss photographers equipped with the Galaxy S10+ went on a subject hunt through urban Switzerland without any guidelines. The result is a national poster campaign that demonstrates the camera quality of the S10+ and shows the possibilities of today - including the five different lenses of the S10+. The motto of the campaign is therefore: "The best camera is your smartphone".

In the second, interactive phase, people are invited to take part. The winner will have their own photo on a prominent mega poster in Zurich. The campaign is advertised on social media and through a media cooperation with 20 minutes.

The posters can now be seen throughout Switzerland.

Friendly Greetings launches employer branding campaign for Baloise Group

The agency Freundliche Grüsse has developed an employer branding campaign for Baloise. Under the slogan «Work Life Baloise,» the campaign challenges conventional notions of the workplace.

Baloise_PM_1

The campaign aims to raise Baloise's profile, break with a conservative industry image and further build its reputation as an innovative employer. The core element is a headline campaign that questions the status quo and encourages people to think about the world of work.

A film by young Swiss director Dylan Moore aims to get to the heart of Baloise's new self-image. It centers on a young Baloise employee and her reflective thoughts on her way to work.

Another measure is an unprecedented billboard and LinkedIn campaign in which the cell phone number of Michael Müller, the CEO of Baloise Switzerland, was published with the invitation to discuss one's career plans with him. The campaign resulted in dozens of calls and WhatsApp messages to Michael Müller's cell phone, as well as hundreds of likes and thousands of impressions on LinkedIn. Michael Müller's LinkedIn profile alone recorded an increase in views of 3,000 percent over the weekend.

The campaign was launched last week throughout Switzerland on display ads, posters, streetcar trailers, and all relevant social media channels. For internal communication, a wide variety of campaigns and accompanying measures are planned to establish the new attitude.
