At the center is the blog Sustainable-natural.ch. True to the motto: benefits and entertainment are more powerful than flat marketing messages. How does a Kompogas plant work? What are the benefits of recycled paper? And how can I save paper in my office? The new blog nachhaltig-natuerlich.ch provides entertaining and user-oriented information on environmental and sustainability topics. It is the centerpiece of the new "sustainable-natural" label, with which the construction services provider JMS expresses its social, ecological and economic commitment.
The label - a maple leaf framed in a circle by the claim "Sustainably Natural" - will be displayed on the website and all JMS publications in future. The maple leaf stands for strength, growth and development. The circular shape symbolizes protection and continuity - all important sustainability values.
Kernbrand has developed a comprehensive content strategy in order to anchor the content itself in the minds of readers in the long term. This involves communicating informative content on the topics of ecology and sustainability on various channels. In addition to the aforementioned blog, this also includes various social media channels and a new newsletter.
However, it is not only the content of JMS's communication that is designed for sustainability, but now also its printed materials. Kernbrand supported JMS in the selection of a new recycled paper. From now on, letters, internal information and brochures will only be printed on the environmentally friendly "Refutura" paper.

With only ten participants, the Higher Professional Examination for Communications Managers has reached an all-time low, according to a press release. The best candidate of the year is Felix Zürcher from Langenthal with a grade point average of 5.1, followed by Sandra Thalmann from St. Gallen with 5.0 and Markus Gubler from Zollikofen with 4.8. In a statement, the Swiss Advertising Association SW regrets the renewed decline and the ongoing development, the end of which is not in sight. However, the 2016 exam is not in danger and will be held.
The best: Felix Zürcher, Sandra Thalmann and Markus Gubler (from left)
Better cards for higher vocational education
In view of the decline in the number of participants, there are plans to hold the examination only every two years in the future, unless there is a surprising turnaround in the number of registrations. This could be helped by the fact that higher vocational education and training will have a somewhat better hand in the future than the universities of applied sciences and higher technical colleges. On the one hand, thanks to the planned partial financing of individual training costs by SERI (Federal Office for Professional Education, Research and Innovation). On the other hand, the improved classification according to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) makes the examinations more easily comparable with international qualifications.

The key visuals list many good reasons to take care of this sensory organ and try to inspire the reader with details. Each health optician could individualize the campaign and add their own reasons. The agency Partner & Partner was commissioned for the brainstorming, conception and implementation.
Whether the filigree pattern of a butterfly or the shimmering snow crystal on the window pane: Only with good eyes can you see what is fascinating in miniature. The current campaign by Gesundheitsoptik raises awareness of this and gives many good reasons why people should pay more attention to the health of their eyes. "At the same time, the campaign aims to convey competent opticians. Gesundheitsoptik, a label of the opticians' cooperative Team 93, which certifies regional opticians with many years of experience and thus has the necessary contacts" says Livia Sager, project manager at Partner & Partner. "The campaign makes the range and quality of health opticians known and differentiates them from optician chains."
At the center of the campaign are various short phrases that describe the world of details. The campaign subjects are intended for 18 members of Gesundheitsoptik. The special thing is that each of these opticians becomes part of the campaign and can adapt the key visuals individually with two or three of their own reasons. For example, the optician from Altdorf focuses on the surfer on the Lake of Uri. This draws attention to the local anchoring of the health opticians.
The campaign is accompanied by an online contest to win an Around the World ticket and instant prizes. The instant prizes will be available in health opticians' stores, where customers can also benefit from a 50 percent discount on an eye test. The month-long campaign includes ads, posters, online banners, various mailings and hanging boxes in public transportation.

Last but not least: The big TV lie
Frieda Hodel's «Joiz» gaffe was a successful viral stunt. Or a "big TV lie," as *Blick* headlines, sounding almost a little offended.

November 9, 2015
The video has caused a lot of laughter in the past few days: Bachelorette Frieda Hodel has the ultimate mishap when leaving the Joiz sofa and accidentally gets rid of her dress. Since the video was produced extremely genuinely and Hodel was seen to be clumsy, Joiz viewers fell for it in droves. First and foremost Blick, which prominently publicized the funny scene as a "dress drama on TV.
By the way, the story also made it to Watson ("Ouch."), in the Swiss Illustrated ("Mega breakdown") and to Austria ("Megapanne"). Then on Monday the ResolutionAll fake! Some attentive viewers already knew beforehand that something could not be right with the film, because it contains a mistake: Hodel puts the microphone on the sofa and holds it again in her hand after the cut. Thanks to the making-of video, Blick also learned how the magic worked ("A secret cord tore the dress off") and now puts in the outraged article the question of all questions: "Why does Joiz sell its viewers for stupid?" Presumably so that the Blick Group can do the promotion for the branded entertainment format "Wer's glaubt" (Who Believes), conceived by Wirz and sponsored by Die Mobiliar, free of charge and extremely motivated. This also explains why the other major news portal has consistently ignored the story, although it too is usually not far behind when an ex-Miss or a Bachelorette shows some Füdli: 20 Minuten has been a media partner of the show in the past and thus presumably sensitized to viral Joiz jokes. While the train is occasionally annoying during rush hour commutes, it offers many advantages over private transport and air travel for longer journeys. For the Norwegian state railroad NSB, the agency Pole The campaign shows in an exaggerated and pointed way why Zug is good and the rest is bad. The Advancement Award goes to the Norwegian Marte Vold. The Swiss competition prizes go twice to Geneva: the prize for the best Swiss film goes to Eileen Hofer, the Swiss Cinematography Prize to Maxime Kathari. And the visitors, for their part, awarded the Audience Award worth 10,000 francs to the up-and-coming director Matthias Sahli from Winterthur. The Short Film Festival counted 17,000 admissions over all days.
"The Living Need Light, The Dead Need Music" (Vietnam 2014) by the Vietnamese collective The Propeller Group wins the main prize of the 19th Winterthur International Short Film Festival.
It was an intensive week for the five jurors of the 19th Winterthur International Short Film Festival, according to a press release. 39 films had to be judged in the International Competition alone. Luciano Barisone, Sally Berger, Calmin Borel, Lamia Joreige and Vangelis Mourikis, who sit on the competition jury, selected the Vietnamese experimental film "The Living Need Light, The Dead Need Music" by the collective "The Propeller Group" as the winner of the main prize (12,000 Swiss francs, SRG SSR). The jury praised the film for building a bridge between tradition and modernity by skillfully blending traditional culture and performance art, documentary and staged footage, visual beauty and frenzied rhythm. The jury awarded the sponsorship prize (CHF 10,000, Sulzer Foundation Winterthur) to "Totem" (Norway 2015) by Marte Vold - for a film that convincingly and originally shows the moment of slight discomfort in a relationship. With sober dramaturgy, a cool, almost cruel gaze and a great deal of humor and skill, the film makes use of the means of tragicomedy.

Swiss competition prizes go to Geneva
The jury awards the prize for the best Swiss film in the amount of CHF 10,000 (Suissimage/SSA) to "Nuestro Mar" (Switzerland 2015) by Eileen Hofer from Geneva. The jury praised the film for its fine and careful observation. Hofer's work is "full of tender glances, profound dialogs, hope for a bright future despite a bleak present, dreamt against the boundlessness of the horizon". The jury would also like to praise the dramaturgical strength of "Moriom" (Switzerland 2015) by Fribourg-based Francesca Scalisi and Mark Olexa - "Moriom" allows us to enter the universe of madness as part of the real world and a society in which injustice and violence make any humanity impossible, according to the jury. The Swiss Camera Award, endowed with 11,500 francs (non-cash prize, Canon), goes to Maxime Kathari from Geneva. Kathari is being honored for his camera work in the short film "O som da casa" (France/Switzerland 2015), for which he is also responsible as director. The jury was impressed by the way in which the camera sensitively captures the feelings of two people in the film and allows us to experience the mystery of life through the eyes of the protagonists.

The Camera Award goes to Maxime Kathari for his camera work in his own film "O som da casa" (France/Switzerland 2015).
Winterthur up-and-coming director wins audience award
The audience also had the choice: 58 films from 25 countries were up for selection as winners of the Audience Award. In the end, a Winterthur native pulled off the coup: the audience awarded its prize worth CHF 10,000 (Zürcher Kantonalbank) to "Hausarrest" (Switzerland 2015) by Matthias Sahli. Sahli made the film as part of his bachelor's degree at the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK and was already in competition at the Locarno Film Festival. "We've always had directors from Winterthur in the competition in recent years. However, the local advantage alone has never been decisive for the Audience Award", says John Canciani, Artistic Director of the Short Film Festival, "Matthias is at the beginning of his career and already has his very own visual language - it's great that our visitors appreciated this."

Short films about Winterthur: standing ovation and good prospects for the 20th anniversary
The highlight of this year's Short Film Festival was the screening of the 5 x 5 x 5 project, in which five filmmakers from five crisis regions of the world were guests in Winterthur for five weeks to make five short films on the subject of "In Exile". The world premiere of these films attracted around 500 visitors to Theater Winterthur yesterday, Saturday. And they were rewarded: the five filmmakers, Layla Abyad (Syria), Sahera Dirbas (Palestine), Alina Rudnitskaya (Russia), Dmytro Tiazhlov (Ukraine) and Naama Noach (Israel), succeeded in producing touching and humorous films in a very short space of time. At the end, the audience gave them a standing ovation. "A very emotional moment for the five filmmakers, but especially for us organizers. The screening of 5 x 5 x 5 brought the industry and, above all, visitors from Winterthur together to celebrate their passion for short films. The best conditions for next year's edition, when the people of Winterthur will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their short film festival," says Remo Longhi, Commercial Director of the Short Film Festival. Over 650 guests from the international short film industry visited Winterthur over the last few days, and the festival counted 17,000 admissions across all days.
