Goldbach Audience: Exclusive marketing of Xing in Switzerland

Xing has entrusted its marketing in Switzerland exclusively to Goldbach Audience. With over 4.2 million members in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria—including approximately 330,000 in Switzerland—Xing is the largest business network in the German-speaking world.

The online specialist summarizes the advantages for advertisers in a statement as follows: In the target group of "business professionals" - professionals who are academics or have a monthly household income of at least 6,500 Swiss francs - Xing occupies the top spot ahead of other business and news platforms in Switzerland as well, with a user share of around 60 and 65 percent, respectively (Nielsen Online 2011-01). For advertisers, the network also offers the advantage that members are online with real names and their companies. Furthermore, segmentation allows specific targeting according to job level, industry, place of work or other criteria. Advertising in the individual newsletter, which 90 percent of Xing users receive weekly with statistics and information about their personal profile, also makes it possible to address members directly. Xing rounds off the range of advertising media in the business environment, which also includes Moneyhouse.ch or Finews.ch, in an optimal way, comments Urs Flückiger, Deputy Managing Director of Goldbach Audience Switzerland, on the new offer.
