Sweet answer for critical customers
In a new online campaign by Jung von Matt, Swiss Post proves how flexible it is when it comes to parcel delivery.

Many customers of the Post complain on social media that receiving parcels is a hassle these days because parcels are often delivered when people are not at home. Yet there are so many services offered by the Post that solve this problem: You can leave your package with a neighbor, have it sent to a 24-hour ATM or a PickPost location on your way to work.
Swiss Post takes up such critical social media posts in its new online film and surprises the senders by delivering the response to the comments via one of these services. And it does so in the form of a lovingly handcrafted gingerbread. In this way, the critic not only learns that there is a solution to his problem, but also that Swiss Post cares about its customers. Anyone who would also like to have a gingerbread sent by mail to the place of their choice can sign up for Swiss Post's convenient parcel services on the microsite created especially for the campaign. You have to be quick, though: The number of personalized gingerbreads is limited.
