Thjnk Zurich: Resilience offensive for Helsana

In its new advertising campaign by Thjnk, the health insurance provider Helsana is focusing on mental health—and offering practical tips to the Swiss public.

Helsana is launching a new image campaign on an important topic: mental health. Because whether it's overwork, stress or loneliness, managing one's own mental health is becoming increasingly important for many people. And yet the topic of mental health is all too often still a taboo. In its new image campaign, health insurer Helsana is dedicating itself to this topic - and thus ensuring the necessary visibility among the Swiss population.

The campaign was developed under the existing communication platform "Long live life." and aims to increase the resilience of the Swiss:in. Each advertising medium provides concrete tips on how to strengthen one's own psyche. Four subjects contain easy-to-implement calls to action for everyday life. Two TV spots show the effects of stress or loneliness and explain the positive effects of the right behaviors.

The campaign pursues a social claim across all advertising media. After all, mental health is not a problem for just a few people. It is a topic that affects everyone and needs the acceptance and support of the environment. The 360° campaign consists of one TV spot each on the topic of "stress" and "loneliness," four online videos, and four subjects for OOH, DOOH, print, display ads, and social media.
