City of Zurich and KSP focus on Purpose in recruiting

To strengthen its profile as an employer across industries and generations, the City of Zurich is launching an employer branding purpose campaign with the support of KSP.

KSP developed a purpose campaign for the City of Zurich that takes up relevant and differentiating themes such as "Meaning and Relevance," "Future and Innovation," "Development and Design," as well as "Diversity" and "Good Working Environment" with the aim of appealing to a broad target group of qualified potential employees.

The campaign starts in a first phase with six subjects, in which the respective themes of the promise of the employer City of Zurich are implemented in headlines and illustrations. The independent, fresh and colorful illustrations are by Zurich artist Yehteh.

The first phase of the campaign has been visible since October in the city of Zurich and its catchment area on analog and digital outdoor advertising, on streetcar trailers, Publibikes, and digitally on banners and social media.
