Sir Mary for Sunrise: Challengers wanted
Sunrise isn’t looking for followers, but for challengers, and its new employer branding campaign makes it clear: Here, we don’t wait for the future to change on its own—we shape it. The campaign was developed by Sir Mary, which has been tasked with crafting Sunrise’s employer brand positioning.

"The labor market is competitive and it is a challenge for many companies to attract the best talent in the long term. For this reason, it is particularly important for Sunrise to position itself on the market not only as an attractive employer, but also as a courageous one. We have always lived the challenger spirit. Now we are boldly demonstrating this spirit to the outside world and inviting talented people to tackle big things with us," says Paul Hammelmann, Head Talent Attraction at Sunrise.
The Challenger spirit is made visible and tangible with the new employer branding campaign: with a comprehensive campaign on digital channels, social media and on-site at the company. For existing employees, there are activating measures that push the team spirit. And for those who want to know what working at Sunrise is really like, a new content series, including blog posts and a video series, provides authentic insights directly from everyday life.
Whether on talent platforms, at events or on the new career website: The entire presence shows what Sunrise is all about - and invites movers and shakers from Switzerland and abroad to become part of the movement.
