At TopPharm the points are loose - and OSW delivers the campaign for it
TopPharm, the largest grouping of independent pharmacies in Switzerland, launched a new customer card, the TopPharmCardPlus, at the beginning of March 2017. The campaign for this is all about the red dots and was created by OSW.

Red dots on white objects act as eye-catchers for the campaign. The key message: collecting points and benefiting is now also possible in TopPharm pharmacies. Visually, the appearance is clean and has few frills. The visuals can be adapted thematically and the points also function as a carrier to convey messages.
With the new card, TopPharm pharmacies are rewarding the loyalty of their customers. For example, the points collected can be used as a means of payment and customers receive free services for their regular pharmacy as well as vouchers.
The TopPharmCardPlus is a broad-based project that runs and is advertised on various channels: Over 70 pharmacies are already participating and benefiting from it. Around 200,000 cardholders are contacted with personalized mailings, receive a newsletter several times a year and a personal card on their birthday. There is also a dedicated microwebsite where you can access your own card account. Participating pharmacies have the option of designing their own receipt statements and sending pharmacy-specific receipts to customers. Although it is a nationwide project, this means that there is still a certain proximity to the "own" pharmacy.
Further implementations can be found at the POS: for example, an animated film, posters and decorative elements are visible in the shop windows and there is a special points carrier bag. Outside the TopPharm pharmacies, there are also posters and advertisements.
The subjects created by OSW are currently on display. With changing objects and applications, the campaign is intended to provide the public with constant variety.
