Global top chefs come to St. Moritz

The St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has developed into a top festival on the international top chef scene. The cult event takes place from January 12 to 20 in all 5-star and other top locations in the noble resort.

World's best chefs

The guest chefs were announced at the Baur au Lac Zurich on October 30. Ana Roš from Hiša Franko in Kobarid, Slovenia, who was awarded the title of "World's Best Female Chef" in 2017, will be there. Thailand's star chef Ian Kittichai, Nick Bril from Antwerp, Jörg Sackmann from Baiersbronn, Jacob Jan Boerma (3 Michlin stars), Dominique Crenn from San Francisco (World's Best Female Chef 2016), Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Andriansyah from Bali (Indonesia) and Julien Royer from Singapore will also be there. Switzerland will be represented by Tanja Grandits from Restaurant Stucki in Basel (2 Michelin stars, 18 GaultMillau points). They will be supported by the best chefs in St. Moritz.

Gourmet Mecca St. Moritz

Over the past 24 years, around 80,000 gourmet lovers have traveled to the festival in St. Moritz to be pampered by a total of around 200 top international chefs from over 30 different nations in the festival partner hotels and event locations.25th anniversary festival now takes place earlier in January and over nine days including two weekends.
