Jim & Jim: Social youth campaign for Always
Jim & Jim, an agency specializing in youth marketing, designed and implemented a comprehensive social media campaign for the Swiss market centered on the international «Like A Girl» initiative by Procter & Gamble’s Always brand.

The core of "#LikeAGirlCH" is a photo and video competition in which participants show how to do everyday things like "a girl" and thus defy this negative phrase. The competition is flanked by classic online banners, Facebook and Instagram ads, as well as various influencer activations, native advertising and brand PR.
"Like A Girl" was launched by Always in 2014 to boost the self-confidence of girls and young women going through puberty. To defy the common phrase "you run, throw or jump like a girl" with irony, young people of different ages were asked to do something "like a girl" as part of a film project.
To raise awareness of the "Like A Girl" commitment in this country, Jim & Jim has joined forces with Proctor & Gamble and distribution partner Coop to launch the "#LikeAGirlCH" campaign. Aimed at girls and young women from 13 to their late 20s, the campaign aims to give positive meaning to the phrase "doing something like a girl" and to raise awareness of the commitment and the brand.
As the core of the campaign, participants were called upon to post photos and videos of themselves doing something ostensibly everyday and to tag them with the hashtag #LikeAGirlCH. A number of posts are constantly coming in, which are both creative and diverse. Whether in full diving gear snorkeling in the bathtub, making a daredevil jump off a bridge, or taking a sightseeing flight in a "Boeing 777" simulator, the participants really go all out in everything they do, earning positive feedback across the board. All the contributions are published on the Likeagirl.ch and the winners of the competition were determined by user voting. In order to achieve a lively interaction with the end consumers, additional focus was placed on classic measures in the social media area with banner advertising as well as Facebook and Instagram ads, flanked by various influencer activations, native advertising and brand PR.

Last but not least: Taugenix
The International Ice Hockey Federation reaps ridicule and scorn for a YouTube video. Perhaps they should have tried a little harder after all.

In 2017, the Ice Hockey World Championship will take place in Germany and France. Three days ago, the International Ice Hockey Federation (IFHF) let the cat out of the bag: None other than Asterix and Obelix will be the mascots for the major event. Why exactly is not entirely clear at first. If the connection to one of the hosts is clear, there is no connection to Germany. Presumably the double mascot alludes to the double hosts. The IFHF has published a video to explain the choice of comic heroes - and has so far done itself a disservice. The reason: the video is more reminiscent of a school project than the official communication of a world federation.
Perhaps the video really was made by a student or a trainee. That would almost make the association likeable again. Just think of the multi-million euro campaigns with which football's counterpart, FIFA, is trying to improve its battered image - and yet it is more unpopular than ever. In ice hockey, the truth is probably still on the field and the whole shebang is of less interest. Maybe Büne "Pussy-Zeug" Huber was right after all. (hae)

JvM/Limmat: TCS is much more than a breakdown service
Around 1.5 million members make TCS the largest mobility club in Switzerland. Jung von Matt/Limmat presents the numerous club benefits in a campaign.

However, many of these members, and especially non-members, are often unaware that the TCS offers more than just roadside assistance. In addition to benefits for your own car, there are countless other club advantages in Switzerland and around the world. Club members also benefit from attractive mobility-related products and offers.
By demonstrating the breadth of these benefits, the club becomes relevant to other target groups in addition to motorists: At the start of the campaign, there will be an explicit focus on ETI travel protection, cyclists and families during the summer and travel season. Communication will take the form of posters, advertisements, online videos and performance-oriented online marketing measures, all of which will lead to the newly created microsites.
These are used to acquire club members and generate ETI contracts, as well as to confirm existing members in their choice. During the course of the year, additional subjects and microsites will appear on other products and club benefits.

Planète Santé is a health portal in Suisse Romande operated by the Group Médecine et Hygiène. It is aimed at the general public in French-speaking Switzerland and offers independent information on all aspects of health. From symptoms and clinical pictures to treatment approaches, users can find expert opinions and answers to their questions.
The portal has grown considerably over the years and has become more complex due to the large amount of content. Thanks to the financial support of the sponsors 20 Minuten, Admeira, Adwebster, Hans Hofmann & Partner, Joiz, Open Frame, Stailamedia and Watson, the third edition of the Pixel Party, the so-called "unofficial trade fair party", was successfully held. Guests from the online and advertising industry met at the Hive Club in Zurich to talk shop and celebrate with each other following the first day of the SOM (Swiss Online Marketing Messe).
The event has established itself in the industry since the first edition in 2014 and is very well received. Publishers, agencies and end customers were equally well represented on the guest list. For the first time, the new marketing company Admeira appeared as a sponsor. "We are delighted that the event has been met with such good feedback from sponsors and guests and that it has now established itself in the industry. We will be putting on another Pixel Party in 2017," says Michael Baum, CEO of organizer and sponsor Stailamedia.
"Great event and good networking, the whole digital industry was on site - we will definitely be back next year," said Philip Hofmann, Managing Director Hans Hofmann & Partner. (pd)
