Numéro10 helps Dvdfly into new dress Holly Star

Dvdfly, the leading provider of home movie entertainment in the country, is changing its name and logo and launching a new national campaign in collaboration with Numéro 10.

The bilingual communications agency based in Bern develops for Holly Star a brand strategy, renaming and the design of the new logo and CI. According to the agency, the name Dvdfly was technology-oriented and no longer did justice to the company's new services and the market. Holly Star, on the other hand, is inspired by the timeless and mythical spirit of the film industry and Hollywood of the 1950s.

Numéro 10 developed a TV commercial, advertisements, posters and digital measures for the film distributor with home delivery. The campaign can be seen from March 12.

Zug: City magazine launched

The city of Zug has its own city magazine. It is published by the city administration, but many Zug residents have also contributed to it.

Some people helped to discuss how the magazine should be presented, others suggested names via Facebook, named sections or sent in photos. According to the press release, the result is a wide-ranging magazine for young and old, "spiced up with a pinch of outside perspective", says Mayor Dolfi Müller. And assures: "Don't worry - the new city magazine won't bore you with court reporting from the city council."

In addition to portraits and stories about Zug residents, the city magazine also contains interesting facts about city projects such as Zug West. But it also includes interviews, reports, commentaries, city events, a vacation calendar, important telephone numbers and a children's page.

The editorial team is headed by Michaela Eicher. The magazines will be distributed to all Zug households from February 27 and are available to take away from the town hall on Kolinplatz.

"Guetnachtgschichtli" back in SRF programming

SF 1 is reviving the "Guetnachtgschichtli. This starts on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, with a classic: "Dominik Dachs.

"Dominik Dachs" is intended to make children's hearts beat faster and adults reminisce, according to a statement from SRF. SF 1 will show a revamped version of the timeless classic from 1970, and there are also plans to broadcast another Swiss children's classic - "Pingu" - in the future. The "Guetnachtgschichtli" can always be seen on weekdays following the children's program "Zambo" at 5:30 p.m. on SF 1.

The "Guetnachtgschichtli" is aimed at children between the ages of three and six. The program is therefore in Swiss German. Entertaining stories are shown that are adapted to children's understanding and whose characters are likeable.
Thomas Grond, Head of Children's Programming: "I am extremely pleased that `Guetnachtgschichtli` is back. By broadcasting classics in children's programming, an important part of Swiss culture can be passed on to young viewers in an entertaining way."

No more moderator

"The desire and demand to reintroduce 'Guetnachtgschichtli' was very great," SRF spokeswoman Manuela Kaech told news agency SDA. The children's show had been discontinued at the end of 2006 - "for strategic programming reasons," Kaech said. The "Guetnachtgschichtli" was first broadcast in 1986.

Unlike in the past, a female presenter no longer makes the introduction, but there is a new signet, as the SRF spokeswoman said. "Those who know the Guetnachtgschichtli from before will recognize it." She said the show has a similar look to "Zambo," but is explicitly aimed at a younger audience.

Büro Troxler realizes image spot for Oeko Fen

The agency Büro Troxler was commissioned by Oeko Fen’s Central Switzerland office to raise awareness of wood pellets as a heating fuel and increase brand recognition among the target audience.

A pellet heating system does not require any nuclear power and is one of the most financially lucrative heating methods due to the cantonal subsidies. This fact had a lot of sales potential and was taken up by the Troxler office as an idea for the implementation of an image spot.

In the spot, statements from a street survey on the subject of heating are combined with emotional images and informative background information. The fact that Peter Reber also ran in front of the microphone was a welcome coincidence, according to the press release. In cooperation with the Lucerne film producer Till Gmür, a spot was created that should encourage the target group to rethink.

Valencia: appearance for Big Win from Coop Supercard

For the first time ever, all Coop store formats and many Supercard partners are jointly presenting a contest. Valencia Kommunikation designed a spectacular visual to accompany the campaign.

Only when around 18 sales formats work together can a promotion be created that spans the entire Supercard universe, the agency said in a statement. In order to give the associated campaign the necessary pressure, Valencia Kommunikation has developed a concise name with "Big Win" and a gaudy big-bang visual to go with it. The animated TV spot, in which the prices fly around your ears, is particularly impressive. It has also been adapted for use in countless advertising materials - from tote bags and multi-part raffle tickets to POS advertising and radio spots.

Big Win runs from February 27 to April 8, 2012 at Coop and many other Supercard partners.
