Le Menu launches first cookbook "Fix & Fein"

Switzerland's largest independent cooking magazine, le Menu, is expanding its portfolio with its first cookbook. "Fix & Fein - Einfach gut" contains 150 recipes on around 350 pages, which are characterized by their quick preparation time of 15 to 30 minutes.

All dishes were developed and tested in Switzerland. In addition to the recipes, the cookbook also provides valuable information on ingredients and cooking techniques as well as practical tips on saving energy. It also provides information on the importance of seasonal and regional products.

"Who has hours of time to cook in everyday life? Exactly. Neither do we. But we're almost always in the mood for something delicious, fresh and healthy. That's exactly what our first cookbook is all about," explain publishers Valentin Kälin and Jürg Rykart.

The project combines print and digital in an innovative way: every book purchase includes premium access to the le menu app worth CHF 39. The app perfectly complements the cookbook with seasonal recipe ideas and a function for efficient ingredient utilization.

With this combination of analog cookbook and digital everyday tool, le Menu underlines its position as a reliable companion for regional, seasonal and sustainable cuisine.
