Tree Stones: New B2B presence for Allega

Allega's new website is aimed at B2B customers. Nevertheless, the agency Tree Stones has focused on the shopping experience, as is common in the B2C sector.

A new appearance for the aluminum company Allega: The Lucerne agency Tree Stones supported Allega in the conception, design and implementation of the new website and the interface to the ERP system. The result is a unified corporate presence that maps the store and web presence on the same system. This ensures better usability and makes administration easier for Allega. Thanks to the interfaces to the ERP system, the complex processes can now be mapped automatically. The orders or inquiries are transmitted directly to the ERP and can be further processed there by the responsible persons.

Better data quality

By synchronizing customer data from the ERP to the store, it only needs to be maintained in one place, resulting in a
better data quality. The product range is also synchronized with the store system. If a customer wants a specific pre-processing of metals, he can carry this out and order it directly online. The processing configuration is sent directly to the ERP via the interface, which then calculates the price and sends it back to the store.

"The private shopping experience shapes the procurement process in a professional context. We place great emphasis on ensuring that our business customers go through a similar shopping experience to that known from B2C," says Daniel Mühlebach, Sales Manager at Allega.
