Serranetga: Campaign for Blickamabend.ch
For the launch campaign of Blickamabend.ch, Serranetga uses so-called listicles, i.e. hit lists, which are a central element of the news platform.
The focus of Blickamabend.ch is on a young, urban target group and mobile use with smartphones. In addition to the news and columns familiar from the print edition, listicles are intended to provide an entertaining form of information transfer. Such listicles are the heart of Serranetga's campaign: via various channels, they put current news topics into a new context. For example, in print subjects, the "15 strangest languages in the world" are advertised in front of a picture of the Bachelor Vujo Gavric. The twist in the whole thing: The advertised listicles actually exist. They were created by the Blick am Abend online editorial team specifically for this purpose.
In addition to print ads, guerrilla campaigns and banners, the campaign also includes radio and TV spots. To focus on the platform's high level of user interaction, a special campaign was developed for the launch. Facebook app developed. With this, users can create their own hit lists, for example with "5 friends who look better than me", and share them immediately.
New subjects will be added on an ongoing basis in the coming months. Thanks to the close cooperation between the Blick am Abend editorial team and Serranetga, the campaign team will be able to react to current news topics in real time.
