Bernie's new in-house agency Hesskiss develops launch campaign for shoe storeIt remains to be seen whether elegant shit brown will be the color of spring fashion. Nevertheless, it will set the trend on the advertising catwalks. After all, it is the brand color of Bernie's new in-house agency Hesskiss. The two agency founders Tamás Kiss and Roland Hess had tailor-made suits made in London in the same shade as their business cards. The outfit was probably not the only decisive factor in their choice of agency. After seven successful years with Honegger von Matt, the owners of the Swiss fashion chain, Andrea and Bernie Lehrer, were once again looking for a small agency last November, and for the official opening of the first Bernie's shoe store in Zurich on March 9, Hesskiss sent a campaign across the billboards and advertising pages that represents a purist harmony of creativity and graphics in its communication approach. The advertisers opted for uncompromising simplicity even before the launch of the new shoe store by creating its name and logo. They were looking for a short and modern name to match the store - and found it in "Go". In order to make Bernie's "Go" known within a short space of time, the old newcomers opted for a typographic appearance that points the way to the shoe store: posters such as "Go around the corner" or "Go straight ahead" are intended to ensure that nobody stumbles past the store.
