Betty Bossi celebrates the courage to make - Platform for the film by TBWA\Zürich
The inspiring story behind Betty Bossi is coming to theaters. And with it, a campaign that encourages people to live life on their own terms.
With "Hallo Betty", the Swiss film production company C-Films is bringing the story of Betty Bossi's origins to the big screen on November 20 - the story of Emmi Creola-Maag, who against all odds created the "cook of the nation" and thus a Swiss cult brand in the 1950s.
TBWA\Zurich has developed a platform for the cinema release that brings this doer spirit into the present and repositions the brand with a focus on generations Y and Z. Under the claim "Make what you like", it calls on the target group to live according to their own taste - in the kitchen and in everyday life. Because today more than ever, Betty Bossi's products and recipes stand for self-determination, courage and the desire to try things out.
The result is a multi-phase campaign that ranges from emotional storytelling to activating formats. It includes online videos, social media measures, advertisements, DOOH subjects and a 40-second cinema spot.
The campaign was directed by up-and-coming director Hannah Dobertin, who presents the brand in a new light with a fresh, dynamic visual language. Gigi Malua is responsible for the sound - one of the most exciting Swiss rappers of the new generation, whose song underlines the modern, self-confident tone of the campaign.
The campaign will run throughout Switzerland from mid-November.
