Yoveo shows work above the fog cover for Arosa Tourism

Arosa Tourism is launching a new employer branding campaign that shows what working in the mountains is really like. Yoveo is responsible for the concept, production, and technology. Clips recorded with Meta glasses show the real day-to-day work experience, unfiltered and from the employees’ perspective.

While commuters at the major Swiss train stations stand under a blanket of fog in the gray everyday life, people in Arosa work high above the clouds. Arosa Tourism's new employer branding campaign makes use of precisely this contrast. The clips with an authentic live character are played out where they strike a chord with the target group. The message is twofold: anyone looking for a change of scenery will not only find a dream job in Arosa, but also the perfect weekend or vacation destination.

Meta glasses provide authentic insights

For the production, employees from various professional fields were equipped with meta-glasses that record their everyday work from their own perspective. The compact technology enables efficient filming without interfering with daily work. The result is authentic insights: uncut, raw and unfiltered. While many employer branding campaigns rely on glossy videos, Arosa and Yoveo deliberately take a different approach and show work as it really is. Embellish? Unnecessary. Everyday life above the fog speaks for itself.

Among others, you can see the ice master in what is probably the most beautiful panorama in Switzerland, the lift manager handing out hangers, a ski instructor on the slopes and a hostess in the Aifach restaurant. The protagonists are not actors, but real employees who share their everyday lives.

Technology creates greater authenticity

Yoveo consistently relied on new technologies for the implementation: The meta-glasses create immediate proximity to the protagonists; the landing page was realized entirely with vibe coding. The result: greater authenticity, increased production value, more efficient implementation.

The Morning Agency is responsible for developing the media strategy, planning, analytics setup and active optimization. The awareness strategy is based on a dynamic planning approach that combines DOOH, social media, YouTube, Google Demand Gen and cptr's engagement ads. The DOOH is played out at the most important Swiss railroad stations and synchronized with the digital channels. Dynamic planning as well as programmatic buying and management enable the campaign to play out the large amount of advertising media - divided into HERO and snippets - as efficiently as possible and in line with the target group.
