Swisscom and Bühler & Bühler: 52 deeds for a successful year
Swisscom surprises with a calendar of resolutions that provides 52 inspiring ideas for 2025. Creatively implemented by Bühler & Bühler, the mailing ensures genuine appreciation and combines a brand message with added value.
Christmas mail with a difference: in 2024, Swisscom opted for a direct mailing that not only inspires, but also provides long-term support. The creative agency Bühler & Bühler developed a detachable resolutions calendar that reached 210,000 households with 52 ideas for a successful 2025.
From "Call your loved one" and "Set up offline times" to "Tidy up your messy drawer" - the resolutions are simple, suitable for everyday use and create valuable moments. Doris Bühler, Chief Creative Officer of Bühler & Bühler, explains: "We didn't want to limit our concept to the festive season, even though Swisscom's promotions were very attractive. The focus was on consistency and solidarity throughout the year, in keeping with Switzerland's most sustainable telco company."
The mailing underlines Swisscom's vision: not only to offer the best network in Switzerland, but also to contribute to greater appreciation and inspiration in the everyday lives of its customers.
