Spinas Civil Voices: Helping People Is Easy—1, 2, 3
With the «Helping Hands» fundraising campaign for the Swiss Red Cross, Spinas Civil Voices shows just how easy it can be to help on a regular basis. At the heart of the campaign is the new «1-2-3 Donation,» which makes it easy for people to start donating regularly—with support from Valais-based singer Sina.
Regular donations are especially valuable because they enable organizations like the Swiss Red Cross to respond quickly to disasters and stay involved as long as help is needed. The «Helping Hand» campaign therefore aims to make the act of helping more emotionally compelling. It also offers an easy way to get started with the «1-2-3 Donation»: people can try donating regularly for an initial period of 3 months.
At the heart of the campaign is the film featuring Swiss singer Sina, produced with the support of many helping hands at Shining Film. Using simple hand gestures, the SRC ambassador tells stories of disasters, of rescuing, protecting, comforting, and pitching in—and invites viewers to become a “Helping Hand” themselves for people in need.
The campaign will be rolled out digitally via social media, display ads, and the Swiss Red Cross’s channels. Anyone who participates will receive a pair of warm gloves with the «Helping Hand» label as a thank-you gift.
The email journey that follows shows exactly where the support makes a difference. And above all: how good it feels to take action and help others in the face of global crises.
