EY People Campaign: Festland Puts Professionals in the Spotlight
True to the motto «think global, act local,» EY has partnered with Festland to develop a people campaign that puts EY professionals in the spotlight across markets—one that is authentic, modular, and adaptable globally.

EY's "People" Campaign Combines a Global Brand with Local Authenticity
EY, in collaboration with the creative agency Festland, has developed a people campaign that highlights EY professionals in individual markets. The EY People campaign is based on the global umbrella campaign «Shape The Future With Confidence» and aims to bridge the gap between a unified brand identity and local distinctiveness. It centers on the people who bring the brand promise to life every day through their client-focused approach and expertise.
Thomas Sucic, Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at EY Switzerland, sums up the approach: «Our people make the difference—and that’s why they’ve been at the heart of our campaigns for years.»
Three-part pilot production in Switzerland
The pilot production was filmed in Switzerland and covers three thematic areas: «AI & Technology,» «Cybersecurity,» and «Four Futures.» In each segment, several EY professionals appear on camera and share their thoughts in their own words. This approach is designed to ensure a high degree of authenticity—real faces and genuine statements, rather than staged advertising messages.

For the project, Festland collaborated with two production partners: Nektar handled the film production, while MW Studios was responsible for the photography. The modular visual concept makes it possible to efficiently adapt the content for different markets and channels.
Modularity as a Factor in Efficiency in the EY People Campaign
The concept is deliberately modular: Individual elements can be tailored to specific markets without requiring a completely new production for each region. In this way, EY provides local teams with a flexible tool that maintains global brand consistency while allowing room for local relevance.

Katrin Bohrer, who is in charge of art direction at Festland, describes the experience on set: «Seeing the creative concept come to life with real people from EY during the shoot was a real »wow’ moment.”
With Switzerland serving as the pilot market, the concept is now intended to serve as a model for other markets. For more information about Festland, visit www.festland.ch available.
