UPC and Nau.ch join forces in the field of eSports
The telecommunications company UPC and the online news portal Nau.ch are forming a partnership in the gaming sector.

UPC has been operating the Esports.ch website for three years and reports daily from the competitive gaming world. Nau.ch also has a strong focus on gaming with its young, scene-connected gaming section. The two content providers have been working together since September to unlock as many synergies as possible for the gaming-savvy users of both platforms.
At the heart of the partnership is the exchange of Esports.ch content. From now on, UPC will publish various formats such as the weekly YouTube program "eSports weekly". At the same time, the partners are running cross-media competitions together and looking into the marketing of new gaming formats.
"As a Swiss gaming pioneer, we have found an agile and fast partner in Nau.ch, which is developing rapidly in the field of eSports," explains Oliver Lutz, Product Owner Esports.ch at UPC. Simon Klopfenstein, Head of Content & Business Development Nau.ch, adds: "The partnership is a perfect win-win-win - for us, for UPC and for the growing gamer scene. We benefit from the extensive know-how of Switzerland's best-known eSports platform. They benefit from our reach. And gamers will gain access to even more content".
