Grip launches the "Zwhatt bot"

The Grip agency has implemented a chatbot based on generative AI for the Regensdorf city quarter "Zwhatt". "Zwhatt-Bot" is designed to provide natural, interactive access to all information about the urban quarter.

The new "Zwhatt" urban quarter at Regensdorf-Watt railroad station by Pensimo Management and its investment foundations Turidomus, Adimora and Pensimo is intended to embody "more than just a real estate project", a lifestyle that boldly breaks new ground. Since 2018, Grip has been the general communications contractor responsible for site communications, which includes brand management, letting communications and media relations. Before the first apartments are let in early 2024, Grip presents the AI chatbot in close cooperation with technology partner Bernardini + Schnyder. A milestone in real estate marketing, as the agency writes.

Intuitive access and personalized communication

The integration of the ChatGPT-based "Zwhatt bot" on the website gives users the opportunity to obtain the information they need through dialog-based communication. The chatbot, which is available around the clock, is also "perfectly suited to the search behavior of younger target groups". At the same time, valuable insights can be generated through its use and used for even more targeted content customization.

AI-based portal for a comprehensive customer experience

According to Grip, there are already plans to expand the chatbot to go beyond providing information about the neighborhood and housing recommendations. To this end, the chatbot uses a curated database that is deliberately limited in order to provide precise and relevant information. This tailor-made source of information should enable individual design ideas for apartments and useful shopping tips in the future. This will create an "all-round service that not only recognizes customers' needs, but also actively responds to them and supports them in all phases of their decision-making process," Grip continues.

"The AI chatbot reflects Zwhatt's fresh, modern attitude to life and complements our innovative offering. With this generative AI technology, we are meeting the needs of our visitors in a contemporary way and taking real estate marketing to a new level," summarizes Claudio Lier, Team Leader Consulting at Grip.
