Allink helps Swiss fashion chain Chicorée's VIP program relaunch successfully
Allink has completely overhauled and redesigned the VIP customer loyalty program for the Swiss fashion chain Chicorée. The result was over 25,000 sign-ups in the first week.

Chicorée VIPs now benefit from discounts and gifts - the current points balance can be viewed online in the VIP area or via the app. In addition, the app encourages customers to visit one of the more than 150 Chicorée stores via push messages, informs them about new collections or encourages them to share their purchases on Instagram with the hashtag #chicoreefashion. Just one week after the launch, more than 25,000 female customers have already signed up for the VIP program - a full 89,000 have updated their app, according to the statement. Chicory's goals have thus been far exceeded. The new customer loyalty program is built on a complex technical system developed by Allink and integrated into the existing checkout infrastructure.
