Aiaibot launches GPT feature for customer service

By integrating ChatGPT's latest generative artificial intelligence into the Aiaibot platform, the Swiss chatbot provider aims to simplify digital customer service.

As part of the further development of its platform for chatbots and conversational AI, Zurich-based Aiaibot is launching a GPT feature. The feature complements the platform's AI module and integrates ChatGPT's large language model (LLM) for answering complex customer queries.

The GPT feature uses dedicated content, including company-specific content, as the context for answering queries. This context is provided for each customer query by the Aiaibot AI module using a semantic search in the knowledge base. Company websites, business applications, PDF documentation (e.g. user manuals or contract terms) can be used as sources. The Aiaibot Robot module takes over the control of the entire response process and also communicates with the GPT language model for this purpose.

Customers can also direct questions to the chatbot and receive comprehensive, company-specific and correct answers. This means that most customer inquiries can be answered digitally and in self-service. The aim is to relieve the burden on telephone customer service.
