LensVision Brand Campaign: The Baker Doesn't Give Massages
JEFF Zurich has developed a cross-channel brand campaign for LensVision, which has been running in German-speaking Switzerland since June 22. Through humorous video spots, the campaign brings the contact lens specialist’s focus to life.

LensVision Brand Campaign: When You End Up at the Bakery Instead of the Massage Therapist's
JEFF Zurich has developed a cross-channel brand campaign for LensVision, which has been running in German-speaking Switzerland since June 22, 2026. Under the tagline «But for contact lenses, go to the specialist!», the LensVision brand campaign brings the brand’s consistent focus to life for the first time in a standalone brand universe.
An everyday insight as a creative starting point
At the heart of the campaign is a familiar feeling: People intuitively sense when something requires genuine expert knowledge. In four video spots, the campaign portrays this principle in a humorous way. For example, one person ends up getting a massage at the bakery, while another has their hair straightened at the laundromat. These absurd situations show in an entertaining way what can happen when you choose the wrong specialist. The resolution in each spot positions LensVision as the right choice: competent, approachable, and without a preachy tone.

100 percent focus on contact lenses as a unique selling point
The campaign concept stems directly from the brand’s positioning: According to the company, LensVision is the only Swiss brand that focuses 100 percent on contact lenses. From professional consultation and fitting at partner opticians to easy repurchases online or in-store, LensVision supports contact lens wearers every step of the way. The campaign aims to translate this specialization into recognizable brand communication for the first time—with the goal of strengthening brand awareness and brand profile.
Noel Blessing, Head of Brand Strategy & Activation at Vision Group, the operator of LensVision, sums it up: «Since 2007, LensVision has focused on one thing: contact lenses. With our brand campaign, we’re highlighting this focus and showing in a humorous way that it’s worth turning to a specialist when it comes to contact lenses.»
Rollout in two phases
Four commercials form the core of the campaign. In a first wave starting June 22, LensVision will focus on out-of-home advertising, YouTube, and social media in German-speaking Switzerland. A second wave will follow in September with additional placements on connected TV and in digital news environments.
