Swiss motivate themselves during working hours with hip hop and Latino sound
During work hours, Swiss people especially enjoy music that touches their hearts. This is according to a report by SonntagsBlick, citing an analysis by the streaming service Spotify. Meanwhile, in Australia, Spotify is testing the option to skip ads.

Hip-hop and Latin American rhythms, in particular, are very popular; playlists such as «Reggaeton 2018» and «Lofi Hip Hop» are extremely popular during work hours. Traditional music from one’s home country also seems to be a good fit for work, as evidenced by playlists such as «Shqip Hits,» «Balkan Hitovi,» and the «Swiss Hits» collection, which features exclusively Swiss German songs.
Spotify Is Testing a Skip Feature in Australia
Spotify could soon become even more appealing to users: As Adage.com According to reports, the streaming service is currently testing the option to skip ads in Australia—as quickly and as often as users wish. This change affects only users who use the service for free. Spotify Free not only offers limited functionality (see table below), but also plays ads repeatedly between songs. Until now, there has been no way to skip them early. If this feature becomes available to all users worldwide soon—which, according to Spotify, is the goal—it should significantly increase the service’s appeal to non-Premium customers. Advertisers do not have to pay for ads that are skipped. (hae/SDA)
