With elleXX against the shortage of skilled workers

elleXX, Switzerland’s largest female finance platform, now also helps companies engage with current and potential employees on an equal footing and empower them financially. It supports SMEs and large corporations on their journey toward becoming progressive and equitable business leaders and achieving better diversity rankings.

By 2029, 30,000 more people will retire in Switzerland than young people will enter the labor market. According to studies, Switzerland will already have a shortage of 365,000 skilled workers in 2025. One thing is clear: Without women, there is no economic growth. But only five percent of SMEs have special programs to promote and recruit women.

Recruitment of the next Gen

Fair and progressive employers appeal to potential applicants and retain qualified employees in the long term. elleXX gives responsible companies and their employees access to the extensive financial education offered by elleXX. At the same time, elleXX makes the successes of ethically managed companies visible in Switzerland's largest female finance community. This enables companies to position themselves as attractive players on the market in a new, primarily female target group and to address female professionals in a targeted manner.

Employee:internal satisfaction through education

Studies show that promoting training opportunities strengthens employees' skills and has a positive impact on workplace culture and well-being. In particular, financial education increases employees' well-being and self-confidence. In this way, companies can make an important and measurable contribution to financial inclusion in society.

Already successful cooperations

In addition to the proven product cooperations with Allianz, Vontobel and Migro bank, elleXX has already successfully implemented various programs of the new offering with companies such as Baloise Versicherungen and Swisscom.

elleXX focuses on the "S" within ESG measures, as it says in a statement, and thereby wants to drive social change in society. With its new offering, elleXX therefore helps companies to fulfill their role as an attractive employer, to attract talent, and to do business digitally and fairly. In this way, companies actively improve equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion and strengthen the S of ESG.
