Ladies Drive is launching the «Future League of Leading Ladies», a new community for ambitious young women. The initiative is aimed at women between the ages of around 22 and 33 who want to advance their careers in a targeted manner and network sustainably.

As the official next-gen offshoot of one of the strongest women's networks in Switzerland, the Future League gives young women early access to a high-caliber, international female leadership ecosystem. The concept combines community, mentoring, training and networking with monthly get-together dinners in Zurich, where experienced women from the business sisterhood share their most valuable advice.

More than networking

The initiative deliberately positions itself as an alternative to superficial small talk. Instead, the focus is on genuine deep dives and meaningful networking. The Future League aims to serve young women as a shortcut into professional life and their personal leadership journey - a personal turbo for talent, as the initiators put it.

Membership of the Future League cannot simply be bought, but is awarded. Interested women can register via the website https://ladiesdrive.world/futureleague/ inform and apply. President Moira Egger will answer questions via WhatsApp on +41 77 448 74 88.

Porsche as a partner

As a pioneer and partner, Porsche wants to consistently promote the young network and act as a reliable driving force. The company supports the initiative with targeted, practical mentoring impulses that are intended to open up new perspectives for the members. At the beginning of July, for example, all Future League members are invited to the Porsche VIP Lounge at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
