The creative agency Aroma is expanding the responsibilities within its management structure: Simone Bobst, previously Head of People & Culture, is also taking over as Head of Hub Services. In this new dual role, she combines two central key areas of the company.

The expansion of the area of responsibility combines the continuous development of People & Culture work with the operational management of the hub - the central hub where projects, processes and teams come together. This strategic decision underlines the fact that Aroma sees people orientation and organizational strength as complementary foundations for success.

"For me, People & Culture means making opportunities visible, developing potential and creating an environment that inspires and strengthens. This is exactly the attitude I want to bring to Hub Services," says Simone Bobst, explaining her vision for the new position.
