Marco Streller and others: Baloise Session strengthens its team
The Baloise Session, an independent and owner-managed boutique festival, is strengthening its organization with three well-known new additions.
The Baloise Session, one of the few independent and owner-managed boutique festivals in Switzerland, is strengthening its organization in order to remain well positioned in the festival market in the future: Bernhard Fischer joins the Board of Directors, Thomas Keller expands the management team around Beatrice Stirnimann and Silvia Krentel and Marco Streller becomes Head of Sales.
Bernhard Fischer has been Head of Corporate Banking Northwestern Switzerland at Credit Suisse/UBS since 2006 and Chairman of the Basel Banking Association since 2022. He is also Regional Head of the Swiss Venture Club Northwestern Switzerland, a member of the Advisory Board of Christie's International and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Basel Art Museum.
Thomas Keller was Managing Director of the Kaserne Basel for 15 years and, together with the artistic management, established it as the largest cultural center in northwestern Switzerland. He holds an MAS in German and Theater Studies and an Executive MAS in Cultural Management.
Marco Streller was a top footballer for FC Basel and the Swiss national team. After his sporting career, he worked as sports director and partner manager at FC Basel and completed a CAS in sports management and an intensive SME course at the HSG. As an expert, he comments on football matches on "Blue Sport".
