The editorial board is working with the department heads to reduce the 2018 annual budget, according to a statement from Ringier in response to a related report by Watson.ch From Thursday. According to Watson.ch, the newsroom must cut costs by two million next year. The cuts will therefore affect the editorial staffs of Blick, Blick am Abend, Blick.ch, and SonntagsBlick.
