WWF has been successfully committed for years to the protection of the oceans and ecosystems, the protection of biodiversity, the climate and reduced energy consumption. According to its own statements, Livesystems has also identified topics such as energy and emissions reduction as well as the creation of social added value as relevant focal points. As part of its sustainability strategy, the DOOH advertising provider uses its primary business activities to promote sustainability and environmental knowledge.

The partnership aims to raise awareness among the Swiss population and generate attention for the latest findings in environmental and climate protection. A broad target group of commuters, motorists and customers of Swiss Post branches and Migrolino convenience stores will be addressed.

Important educational work

As part of the strategic partnership, two different subjects are played out monthly via the DOOH network of Livesystems. These include the latest figures, data and facts on the focus topics of climate protection, climate change, nutrition, travel and consumption in general. The content is broadcast throughout Switzerland in all language regions.

The flexibility of DOOH media also allows WWF to respond to daily events. "For us, the collaboration with Livesystems offers a high benefit, as we can profit from a medium with a wide reach," says Lisa Bounoure, Campaign Manager at WWF Switzerland. "We see work in the education sector as one of the elementary levers in achieving global sustainability goals. Through the educational work we are privileged to do together with Livesystems, we want to promote a lifestyle that benefits the climate and a responsible use of natural resources."

The content partnership is set for seven months, with an option to extend.
