The city of Lucerne is expanding its digital offering together with Clear Channel
The city of Lucerne has decided to install digital CityMap kiosks at eight additional locations. Clear Channel has exclusive rights to market these locations.

With this expansion, the company is offering an exclusive DOOH network on public land in the cities of Basel, Lucerne and Zurich, according to a press release.
Following the completion of the pilot project with two digital points in central locations in Lucerne, the city council approved an expansion of the service to a total of ten points. The positive results of the pedestrian survey and the high added value of the interactive CityMap for residents contributed to the positive decision.
Used intelligently, outdoor advertising infrastructure supports a city on its way to becoming a smart city - especially in terms of communication and interaction with residents, writes Clear Channel. Tangible innovation projects would contribute to the financing of smart city concepts through the integration of advertising partners. The offer in Lucerne demonstrates this impressively and is unique in Switzerland. (pd/hae)
