On our own behalf: m&k co-editor-in-chief Johannes Hapig moves to Brack.Alltron
Johannes Hapig, co-editor-in-chief of m&k and markt-kom.com, will become Head of Content, Newsroom & Public Relations at Brack.Alltron effective March 1, 2025. His move is part of a restructuring of the company’s marketing department.

As part of the company-wide transformation Brack.Alltron - formerly Competec Group - Roman Reichelt was appointed Chief Marketing & Communications Officer last September (Markt-kom.com reported). The retail group, which includes Brack.ch and Alltron, is now presenting the new management team for the marketing department, which reports directly to Reichelt. Johannes Hapig, previously co-editor-in-chief of m&k and Markt-kom.comwill become part of this management team as Head of Content, Newsroom & Public Relations as of March 1, 2025.
"Ready to take off in 2025"
In addition to Head of Performance & Deal Marketing Fabian Büchler and Lead Retail Media Pierre Bohren , who already work for Brack.Alltron, Franziska Coninx as Head of Brand, Strategy & Creatives and Alisha Fateh as Head of CRM & Insights are two further new external additions to the company. Coninx previously worked as Head of Strategic Own Brands at Migros Supermarkt; Fateh was Head of CRM at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives.

"I am delighted that we have been able to attract top experts who not only impress with their expertise, but also with their personalities. We have several big arrows in our quiver for 2025 - and now also the best archers for it," says Reichelt.
"Above all, I feel gratitude"
Johannes Hapig, who had been with the company for more than seven years at the time of his departure. m&k and Markt-kom.com (formerly Advertisingweek.ch), says: "When I think back to my time at m&k when I think about it, I feel gratitude above all." His employer Galledia Fachmedien, his colleagues in the editorial team and the people he was able to report on made it difficult for him to say goodbye. "We have grown enormously in recent years - from a specialist publication to a business publication - and expanded into the DACH region. An insane project in some respects, but also an incredibly exciting one!" None of this would have worked without perfect teamwork, the support of numerous advertising and topic partners and the support of various "friends of the house", Hapig continues.
At the same time, Hapig is looking forward to his new role: "Brack.Alltron is a company in transition - with a fantastic dynamic. It is a privilege to be able to support my future colleagues with communication during this time of transformation."
The journalistic management of the product portfolio and the chief editorship of m&k will be the responsibility of Anna Kohler, who has also been working for Galledia Fachmedien for more than seven years. The online editorial team of Markt-kom.com will continue to be headed by Sarah Willi. The editorial team will continue to be complemented by Beat Hürlimann and Julia Gundelach.
