"Hasse with love": New podcast with Kerstin Hasse

In the podcast «Hasse mit Liebe,» Hasse combines a strong stance with a lighthearted touch—feminist, pop-culture-inspired, and always with a personal touch.

In recent months, several formats for a young, urban and predominantly female target group have disappeared from the Swiss media industry. Journalist Kerstin Hasse shows how to fill this gap in a contemporary way: with "Hasse mit Liebe", a new podcast and a curated newsletter. Hasse combines attitude with lightness - feminist, pop-cultural and always with a personal touch. She thus exemplifies a trend: journalists are becoming brands and independent media companies that are in close contact with their community.

"Hasse mit Liebe" starts with regular conversations, clever observations and the promise: It's not just about talking, it's about making attitudes audible and readable. The podcast will initially appear twice a month, sometimes Kerstin Hasse will be alone in front of the microphone, sometimes experts and guests will visit the studio.

The podcast is accompanied by a newsletter in which the journalist shares observations, tips and recommendations and answers questions from the community. "I've been carrying around the idea of creating a place where I can exchange ideas with my community for a long time. At the same time, I'm seeing more and more content creator journalists shaking up the market, especially in the US. This is a trend that I find extremely exciting. I am convinced that we in journalism need to find new ways to reach our audience. That's exactly what I want to do with this product." The podcast is produced in collaboration with the podcast studio "Ellie Media" in Zurich Seefeld and is also available as a video podcast on YouTube in addition to the usual podcast platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
