Yourposition: Growth and new team structure
Yourposition has significantly expanded its team and client portfolio in recent months. A new team structure and the appointment of three division heads are intended to ensure continued growth in the future.
The search engine marketing agency is now condensing its expertise into three specialist areas: E-commerce/Web Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, AdWords. Andrea Malele, business communicator and project manager at Yourposition since summer 2010, leads the AdWords team. The SEO specialists are under the leadership of Mirko Mandić, PR specialist and media scientist. Ulrike Hannemann, who has been with the agency since 2008 and Head of E-Commerce since March 2012, additionally takes over the management of the Web Analytics division. Co-Managing Directors Beat Muttenzer and Lukas Stuber will focus more on strategic corporate management in the future.
The agency has also won various new clients. For example, the Zurich-based agency won pitches for the AdWords budgets of Switzerland Tourism and the fashion mail order company Redcats Switzerland (e.g. La Redoute, Ellos). Among the new clients for projects in the areas of search engine optimization, web analytics or conversion optimization are, for example, the further education institution Klubschule Migros, or Home.ch, the real estate platform of Publigroupe and Swisscom Directories.
This was accompanied by an expansion of the team: Yourposition has filled seven additional positions in recent months. The AdWords department was strengthened with the ethnologist Zsuzsanna Balázs, the tourism expert Fabienne Thomann, the business economist Luzia Hütten and Christof Born, the former manager of the Businesspark Zug.
In the areas of search engine optimization, e-commerce and web analytics, Damian Kirtz (Business Process Management Modeler & Developer), cultural scientist Ye Yan Chan and graduate Web Project Manager Simon Griesser have joined the Yourposition team. Three to four additional full-time positions are currently being filled, which will double the Yourposition team within a year, according to a statement from the agency.
