Y7K designs Watchfinder - the digital watch portfolio
The Geneva-based watch manufacturer De Laneau has entrusted Y7K with the task of creating a modern version of its exclusive portfolio. The result is a responsive web app.
Y7K's app allows DeLaneau to access the complete product database via iPad. Each timepiece is displayed in full detail and in high resolution. The App automatically compiles the favored watches as a PDF file, which can then be sent directly by e-mail from the app to the customer.
Y7K also developed an API for the De Laneau product database to eliminate the need for time-consuming manual data maintenance. Permanent data updates, for example with product information, availability, prices and product images, are thus possible - and in real time. So whenever the team in Geneva updates the availability of a timepiece, this change appears immediately on the app around the world.
