Living room ambience in the station

RAILSHOW As part of the E-Shift campaign, SBB launched a rail show with stops in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva and Winterthur. A spacious lounge with a living room atmosphere was set up. There, interested customers were given advice on how easy it is to buy a MobileTicket. In the lounge, there was also the opportunity to win a miniature version of an oversized smartphone. The lounge invited visitors to be chauffeured across the station to the tracks on cozy red sofas or simply to wait for their next connection over a coffee, while the more than 200 SBB employees on site received prominent support from Andreas Meyer (CEO) and Jeannine Pilloud (Head of Passenger Transport), who wheeled customers directly to the stand in an armchair or sofa, helped them buy tickets and then had time for a selfie with them.Impressions of the Railshow

The lounge was implemented by the Aroma agency, which was commissioned with the creative staging after winning the pitch and set up an SBB living room at each of the five stations for two days.
