Design The world-renowned designer Philippe Starck has created a new beer can, a bottle and a matching beer glass for the Alsace beer brand 1664 by Kronenbourg. Starck's design gives beer drinking a new aesthetic that elevates the ordinary act of quenching thirst to a noble lifestyle act. "I wanted to give beer back the honor it deserves, a little more noblesse," says Starck, who has been working on the embellishment of everyday objects for 20 years.
