Standing Ovation expands management
Standing Ovation expands its management team. With Christina Spindler and Etienne Ruppen, two experienced industry specialists are coming on board. Both are involved in project management as well as in the strategic management of the agency.
Christina Spindler, who has been with Standing Ovation since 2015, assumes responsibility for all client consulting services as Head of Consulting. Christina Spindler brings extensive experience on both the agency and client side. In Switzerland since 1999, she has helped to establish an event agency and has supported numerous clients from the financial, IT and automotive industries in all aspects of live communication. Christina Spindler understands how to solve complex tasks with strategic vision: One of the special challenges of her career was, among others, the realization of the event measures for the IPO of Deutsche Telekom in Frankfurt and New York.
Etienne Ruppen, who has been with Standing Ovation since 2014, coordinates the event service provider's entire operational processes and services as Head of Operations. His career includes positions as Head of Marketing & Events in private banking, as an agency-side senior project manager, and as a board member of a Swiss tourism destination.
Markus Michel, who has been with Standing Ovation since 2007 and a member of the Executive Board since 2013, will leave the agency at the end of October. Until then, he will remain on the management team and be responsible as Production Director.
According to the statement, the commitment of the new management board members should ensure that customer proximity and consulting quality are optimally guaranteed, even with the current agency growth. Standing Ovation is currently tackling numerous new projects.
